Having lived and worked in Goldendale since 1984, I have developed a deep appreciation for our community, the surrounding countryside, and the people who call this area home.  With nearly 30 years of real estate experience, I bring an extensive understanding of the local market, praticularly the unique considerations that come with buying and selling rural properties.

My 22 years of service with Search & Rescue have given me firsthand knowledge of the terrain, remote locations, access challenges, and rural landscapes throughout our region.  This experience provides a valuable perspective when helpng clients understand properties and the realities of rural living--knowledge that goes beyond what can be found in a property listing or on a map.

Throughout my real estate career, I have believed in a straightforward, honest approach built on trust, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to my clients.  I understand that buying or selling property is an important decision, and my role is to provide the information, guidance, and steady representation needed to make those decisions with confidence.
